The Reading Test is to be given to the visually impaired who must be examined with his near vision corrections.
Place the optical prescription for near vision in the test frame and have the reading test read one eye at a time while closing the other.
Note the smallest font that the visually impaired can read and the value written next to the magnification needed to read the newspaper.
